In excellent all original condition, constructed of gold bullion ribbon with applied brass clam shell decoration on top of each, both have a lieutenants bar and an eagle button. Pillows have "16" embroidered on the blue centers. Inner liner is of red and brown leather and felt with brass attachment panels. Excellent condition in original case. Dates to the Civil War and are all original tin case painted black. Paint on case with some fading and minor marks.
