This is a single action Baby Russian that features break top, five shot, factory nickel plated, front shroud extension, spur trigger and real ivory grips. These were only made from 1876 to 1877 through Serial No. 25548. Matching number on cylinder, barrel and latch. Barrel retains approximately 90% original nickel finish. Cylinder has approximately 85% finish. Traces of nickel on frame blending smooth grey patina. Ivory grips are very good to excellent with small chip at left base and some feather cracks from age. Strong rifling. Indexes and locks up correctly.
