Manufactured 1921. Features full round barrel, half magazine, post front sight, ladder rear sight, walnut stock, fluted comb and Winchester composition buttplate. These are referred to by collectors as Eastern carbines. Manufactured without a saddle ring. Has a fluted comb and a shotgun buttplate. It is in the most desirable caliber of all 94 carbines and the largest caliber made prior to the modern era for this model. Retains approximately 70% blue on barrel starting to thin with some average storage marks. 85% blue on magazine. Frame and barrel band are basically gun metal grey. Stocks are very good to excellent with your usual wood impressions. Fine action and strong rifling. Desirable combination.
