Lot contains a German World War II Police winter cap (A), a pair of custom Luger grips (B), and three pieces of mess hall silverware (C). (A) A rabbit fur Police winter cap with Nazi Police aluminum emblem pinned to the front of the cap. Cap is in the correct blue tint wool and is marked with the size of 58, a RBNr manufacturers number and the date of 1944 with a black stamp. Cap is lined in both blue gray and field gray cotton twill. Unworn example. Excellent. (B) A pair of worn wooden custom made Luger grips which are marked “DR Toomay” on each panel. Good. (C) A stainless steel knife marked “Nicht Rostend”, a silver hallmarked spoon with an early Luftwaffe droop tail eagle on the handle, and a silver hallmarked spoon with an early Luftwaffe droop tail on the handle as well.
