Lot contains five German WWII belt buckles. Three of the buckles are for the SA (Sturm Abteilung). All three buckles are made from a two-piece construction. The main body is stamped brass, while the political emblem is made from nickel silver. The emblems are soldered to the main body at two points. One buckle represents the 1920’s SA emblem and has a nickel plated prong assembly made from steel. The other two buckles represent two variations of the 1930’s SA emblem. The prong assembly of the one with the larger swastika has a brass prong assembly with a steel pin through the center, and the other has a nickel plated steel prong assembly. None of the three SA buckles have any markings on them. The remaining two belt buckles represent the Hitler Youth organization. The standard one with the “Blut und Ehre” (Blood and Honor) motto is made from nickel silver, and both the prong assembly and the catch are made from brass, with a steel pin going through the prong assembly. The other Hitler Youth buckle is made from nickel plated steel: the main body, the catch, and the prong assembly. This HJ buckle has the single rune emblem on the face.

Condition: (Very Good).
