Lot contains a Nazi era Police NCO sword. The Police NCO “Unterfuehrerdegen” has a 29” blade made by “Pet. Dan Krebs” of Solingen. The fittings are nickel plated steel. A Nazi Police emblem is fitted in the grip. The scabbard is black painted steel with nickel plated steel fittings. A police sword knot is attached to the hand guard. The unsharpened blade has a few light marks. The hand guard exhibits areas of wear with scattered light marks. The scabbard retains 95+% of the original black paint. The sword knot is intact and undamaged. The sword comes in what appears to be its original protect pouch. The grips retain about 25% of their original black finish.
