Includes original box with nice color graphics of mice dancing and playing instruments. Two inside flaps are taped on and could be replacements, otherwise the box is original. Some creasing and wear overall. The toy is clean. All original mice heads. There is a small 1/2" spot of litho loss on top right corner of the piano. Overall normal play wear.
