With retailer's mark of Dieges & Clust, Boston, with a large urn form body set with two cast handles in the form of female figures of Victory riding car wheels and holding laurel wreaths, the spreading foot on a base with a continuous scene of early cars in a landscape, the domed lid with a cast figure of an American eagle. Inscriptions removed from front and from lid; with a later base metal spout at bottom of body. Dieges & Clust, founded in New York, were the makers of the original Heisman Trophy. Height: 33".
