Epl. No. 290. Late 19th century German toy, very popular. All original, including fan. marked 1889 on front of fan. A combination of hand painting and tin litho. Early flywheel mechanism. Some paint loss on woman's hat, and a spot of paint loss on her knees. Otherwise Excellent condition. Comes with vintage box which is not the original box, but which the toy fits into nicely.
Condition: (Excellent).
