Punch bowl, Graff Washbourne & Dunn, circa. 1909, with a hemispherical body with cast handles formed as winged car tires with leafage swags connected to raised scrolls, the front reserve with a raised presentation of the Sweepstakes Prize for the First Washington Floral Exhibition of 1909 from the Washington Chamber of Commerce, the other side with a reserve etched with a period car and later engraved to "Rear Admiral E H C Lentze US Navy" from the employees of the Washington Navy Yard 1910, and on a bulbous base with four scrolled leafage feet. Diameter of rim; 17". Weight: 237.8 toz. From the Ray Bentley Collection.
