Macaulay from the staff and faculty USA CGSE Fort Leavenworth 1957"; another plain rectangular case engraved to "PD Quirk from the officers of the USS Gridley" (no date), the front with officers' names; another case, Austro- Hungarian, with a gently domed lid set with a cast and part-gilt (base metal) crown, no inscription; an Indian silver case, engraved to "Lt Col and Mrs Bedford Hudson Berrey from the military attaches and advisors New Delhi 1965", boxed; and a plated example set with an enamel badge, engraved to "MG Adrian St John from the 1st Battalion 37th Armor".
