Manufactured for the German military by Mauser. This is the early "G" or 1935 chamber date that all the parts are rust blue and straw color small parts. Features include; round barrel with dovetailed inverted V front sight, V notch rear sight on rear link, thumb safety marked "GESICHERT" in the upper position, extractor marked "GELADN", center toggle link marked "S/42" and correct "(eagle) 211" and "B92" Waffenamts on right side of receiver. This is an all matching numbers gun except the magazine and grips. The magazine is later tin with aluminum bottom that is marked "8420d +". Gun retains approximately 92% of the original factory applied finish with just a bit of high edge wear and holster wear. Wood checkered grips with sharp checkering are probably field replacements. Great bore with sharp lands and grooves.
