This New Service six shot double action revolver has all early features to include non-tapered barrel, Colt New Service pony logo with iron cross on left side panel and left recessed frame. Retains approximately 40% original high polish factory blue with balance simply blending soft patina. Razor sharp legends. Front sight not modified. Generous fire blue on hammer and trigger. This revolver sports a pair of beautiful real ivory grips with the Colt silver medallion that are worth approximately $500 to $600 on their own and really belong on a high condition or engraved revolver. Strong, clean bore. Indexes correctly single and double action.
