Manufactured 1937. Approximately 13,800 manufactured 1935 to 1945. Features target adjustable rear sight, high target front sight, blued finish, arched mainspring housing, checkered wide spur hammer, checkered short trigger, checkered slide stop and safety, blued barrel, checkered walnut grips. Overall gun retains approximately 50% original factory blue. Left side of slide has surface etching along its entirety from poor storage. Includes original "SERVICE ACE" marked two tone magazine. Fine bore and action. Would make a good shooter but is a great restoration project.
