Features round barrel with traditional Winchester address and barrel ring, integral front sporting sight base and sight, folding Lyman pattern rear sight, matte finished receiver, one piece American walnut checkered pistol grip stock in the correct Featherweight design with black plastic Winchester monogrammed buttplate, five round drop magazine box with aluminum trigger guard and floor plate, and factory mounted sling swivels. Four holes drilled and tapped in receiver top. Very fine overall with excellent bore with sharp rifling and lands and grooves. Blue finish is excellent as well with very slight edge wear at muzzle and extreme high points of receiver. Walnut stock is excellent as well with a very few handling marks, sharp checkering and excellent varnish. A very small blemish exist on right side of stock from being rested on something. A fine condition .243 chambered Featherweight pre-64 Winchester Model 70.
