Rare and desirable pre-64 Winchester Model 70 National Match target rifle with Fecker scope and hang tag. Features sporter weight barrel, target front sights with Unertl type scope bases mounted forward of barrel ring and in receiver bridge; and oversized Winchester target stock target sling rail in forearms and target pattern wide butt with steel buttplate. Mounted with steel tube center adjustment J.W. Fecker scope complete with white aluminum lens covers and recoil spring system. Attached to the bolt is a Winchester tag indicating that the bolt is specifically intended for the use of this rifle by serial number. The rifle appears to be an attic find. It shows no actual use but is extremely dusty. Bore and mechanics are as new. Exterior needs to be cleaned and is in as discovered condition. An opportunity to own a fresh to market discovery of a rare and desirable rifle.
