Features round barrel, factory hooded front sight, sporting rear and two piece walnut pistol grip stocks with checkered steel buttplate. The Model 64 carbine is a scarce gun however the .25-35 WCF chambering is by far the most uncommon of all Model 64's. The Model 64 was introduced in 1933 and produced until 1957 with a total of less than 67,000 total production. The rifle was an improved model and continuation of the Winchester Model 94. Manufactured in very limited quantities in .25-35 WCF in two grades; Standard and Deluxe. This example is a Standard Grade with high polish blue finish and straight grained walnut pistol grip stocks. These are very rarely found in fine condition and this is about as good as they get. Excellent condition overall with most all blue finish remaining with a trace of finish wear muzzle and edges of bottom of receiver. Slight edge wear does exist on receiver but very little. The wood stocks are equally fine with slight handling marks and several very small bruises from storage. It would be very difficult to improve upon this and would certainly be a great addition to any Winchester collection.
