Features round barrel, traditional two line factory address, sporting blade front sight, Pattern 1903 sporting rear sight, tubular magazine fed through the butt, full deluxe walnut stocks of highly figured crotch walnut with a piano varnish finish. This was Winchesters first endeavor into the semi-automatic world. Produced from 1903 through 1936 with a total production of less than 127,000 units. Very good condition overall, most high polish blue finish remaining with slight thinning on barrel forward of rear sight. Receiver retains over 85% factory blue finish with edge wear and several small scratches. The deluxe walnut stocks retain most of their piano varnish finish and the checkering remains very good. Numerous small scratches and small bruises are evident but the rifle remains very attractive and correct. Bore and mechanics are very fine. Accompanied by a box of Winchester Western Lubaloy .22 Winchester Auto ammunition (quantity 50). Box is very good with minor edge wear and complete with both end flaps.
