Gun retains a pleasing patina overall with some light surface rust and minor pitting. Markings are clear. Good mechanical function. Nice 1897 dated cartouche. Circle P proof behind trigger guard. Proper "C" marked rear sight. Wood is very good showing dings and handling marks. Bore is very good with strong rifling. Trap in butt is empty.
