This rifle features the full wood stock, the black ventilated handguard, stainless steel frame and barrel, extended magazine, steel folding buttstock with alloy grip. Barrel is 18 - 1/2 inches with flash suppressor. CONDITION: Excellent. Stock shows usual bumps and bruises from service. Fine bore and action. DPS number 28405 and serial number 183-97324. The important aspect of this lot is that it comes with a letter signed by the Texas Ranger who used this weapon, along with the official property inventory card listing this card by serial number and the agents who checked it out. In this case the letter is signed by Sergeant Sean H. Palmer, referring to the serial number "was carried by me while protecting the lives, rights, privileges, and property of the citizens of the state of Texas. As a Texas Ranger in company D (San Antonio), company C (Brownfield), and Company E (San Angelo)."
