Standard mid-war features "FJA" inspector stamp for Frank Atwood on left side of frame. Right side of frame is stamped with "UNITED STATES PROPERTY M1911A1 US ARMY" with Ordnance wheel. "P" near magazine release and on top of barrel. Features short checkered trigger, serrated slide stop, checkered safety, checkered spurless hammer, serrated arched mainspring housing with loop and blued High Standard barrel. Left side of slide has a "REMINGTON RAND" stamp. Slide has two tone temper line. Sports a pair of Keyes brown composite grips and a blued pinned base magazine. Gun shows light wear only to include high edge wear and a light drag line. At least 95% overall of the original arsenal finish. Fine bore with light frosting.
