Standard mid-war features "FJA" inspector stamp for Frank Atwood on left side of frame. Right side of frame is stamped with "UNITED STATES PROPOERTY M1911A1 US ARMY" with Ordnance wheel. "P" near magazine release and on top of barrel. Features short checkered trigger, serrated slide stop, checkered safety, checkered spurless hammer, checkered arched mainspring house with loop and blued High Standard barrel. Left side of slide has a "REMINGTON RAND" stamp. Slide has two tone temper line. Sports a pair of Keyes-style brown composite grips and a blued pinned base magazine. 80% overall finish with the majority of wear on front grip strap. Fine bore and action.
