We cannot find any maker's mark anywhere on this brass telescope, which makes it impossible to place a date or country of origin. Optics would have to be a 10-2 as we have tried all the adjustments and all you get is a circular screen of dust dots. Body of telescope measures 22-1/2" disregarding the rear sliding eye piece. Front lens diameter is 2-1/4". Tripod is made of three wooden legs with initials "MYN" carved into one of them. A very interesting display piece which appears to be early 20th century. If one knows how to work on optics, they could probably get this working.
This is not a standard shippable item and will require 3rd party shipping or pickup arrangements to be made.
