Approximately 6,000 manufactured in 1862 only. This revolver was martially inspected with a "P" and "C" on left side of frame; "PS" on left side of frame and barrel; and "SH" on cylinder. Features octagon barrel, two piece walnut grips and brass trigger guard. All metal surfaces are a soft, grey patina. Sharp barrel address. Indexes and locks up correctly. Strong, clean bore. Very hard to find Civil War revolver that was made for one year only.
