Gun (A) is Hungarian Budapest made Steyr M95 straight pull carbine. Retains 85% arsenal applied finish. S bore marked on the top of the chamber over the WWI era Austrian military proof. All matching numbers. Import marked on the bottom of the barrel. Good mechanical function. Stock is solid with numerous small dings and handling marks as well as a crack on the left side along the wood grain extending back fromn the rear of the receiver to the wrist mounted sling swivel. Bore is fine with strong rifling. Gun (B) is a 1944 dated model 38 Russian Mosin Nagant carbine made at the Izhevsk arsenal. Retains 95% arsenal applied finish. Matching numbers, although some are forced matched during the arsenal refurbish. Import marked on the right side of the barrel. Proper cleaning rod and sling. Fine mechanical function. Bore is excellent with sharp rifling. Laminated stock is fine with some light dings and handling marks.
