The only markings we can find on this gun is the serial number, 5367, and numerous proof marks. Typical Webley, Deane and Tranter type of mid-19th century English style double action, five shot revolver. Has an exposed hammer with no spur for double action only, which is rather unusual. The cylinder retains virtually all of the original high polish royal blue finish with original nipples. Barrel is about the same with one fingernail sized area that has been cleaned. Trigger guard retains 70% blue. Frame has flaked to about 10%. Walnut checkered grips are excellent. Strong rifled bore with some light residue. Indexes and locks up like new. This revolver is housed in a period wood case and comes with small tin powder flask, ebony handled nipple wrench, single cavity bullet mold and three assorted tool handles.
