Gun (A) is a Sako M39 Finnish made Mosin Nagant. Dated 1943. Gun retains 95% finish overall. Built on a repurposed Russian 1891 Hexagonal receiver. Has the Sako S in a gear marking above the chamber as well as a nice clear cartouche. Import marked. Fine mechanical function. Bore is fine with strong rifling. Receiver and bolt are matching, the floorplate is not. Proper sling. Accompanied by a reproduction SKY bayonet & scabbard. Gun (B) is a BRNO Czech VZ.24 with a large 1940 date on the top of the receiver. Import marked on the barrel. Gun appears to have been refurbished with some pitting under finish. Retains 80% finish. Matching number, bolt handle was renumbered to match. All markings are clear. Bore is dirty with strong rifling. Stock is very good with light handling marks and dings. Leather sling. Cleaning rod appears to be too short for the gun. Accompanied by a Czech bayonet. Bayonet scabbard is WWII German inspected.
