Gun (A) is a Chinese Zhong Zheng Shi (Chiang Kai-Shek) rifle. It is a domestically produced copy of the Standard Modell 98k Mauser rifles. Import marked on the right side of the receiver. Numbers are not matching. This gun shows hard use and wear typical of Chinese used guns. Good mechanical function. Bore is good with visible rifling. Sling appears to be a modified Russian Mosin Nagant sling. Accompanied by a very hard to find proper long bayonet of Chinese manufacture. The bayonet is unmarked and is missing the scabbard. Gun (B) is a Turkish 1942 dated Ankara model 1903. Import marked. Retains a pleasing patina overall, markings are worn but clear. Stock is very good with some dings and handling marks. Bore is good with strong rifling. Fine mechanical function. Greasy. Leather sling and bayonet missing scabbard. Bayonet doesn't quite fit the gun, catch does not engage.
