Features include; round barrel with dovetailed inverted V front sight, V notch rear sight on rear link, thumb safety marked "GESICHERT" in the upper position, extractor marked "GELADN", center toggle link marked "42" and "1939" over the chamber. This is an all matching numbers gun, including both numbered magazines. Gun retains approximately 98% of the original applied blue finish, with just a hint of high edge wear and holster wear. Unnumbered checkered wood grips with sharp checkering. Great bore with sharp lands and grooves. Comes in a WW2 1939 dated holster with some crazing and the top hold down strap is broke. Also included is an eagle 63 loading tool. This is a true Vet bring back. The gun and holster have been personalized by the World War Two Veteran that brought it back. He stamped his initials on the holster and the left and right side of the gun. CORRECTION: From the collection of Kent V. Bissel.
