Manufactured for the German military in World War II by Mauser-Werke, "A.-G. 44" barrel date. A put together sniper rifle. Features include; round blue barrel with adjustable ramp front sight with hood and twenty position rear sight. Blue right hand bolt action with turned down bolt. Full military laminated wood stock. Shows normal handling marks. Metal has about 50% of the original factory applied blue left. Good bore with good lands and groves. Comes with an added scope and scope mount. The scope is a ZF41/1 with a "jve" code. The scope mount has a "duv" code. Gun is not import marked. CORRECTION: From the collection of Kent V. Bissel.
