The Model 1900 or "Old Model" was the first design to use the 7.65mm and has a seven shot magazine. Adopted by the Belgian Army in 1900. Discontinued sometime in 1912. The Old Model will be remembered for the date June, 1914 when Gavrilo Princip murdered Austrian Archduke Ferdinand and his wife, precipitating the first World War. Gun remains in near mint condition with 99% original blue, fire blue small parts and interesting FN black composite grips that have an image of the pistol on both panels.
