Gun A: The first High Standard semi automatic .22 pistol was the Model B. with the short, small frame design that featured blue finish, fixed sights, and composite grips. This pistol was procured for the U.S. Government and is stamped Property of U.S. with the ordnance. Approx. 14,000 of these were made for the U.S. Government in 1942 and 1943. These early pistols are highly desireable to U.S. Military collectors. This example has seen use and retains approx. 75% of original blue with a fine bore and action. Gun B: This is referred to as the Flight-king Lightweight Model 100. Flight-king was made from 1953-1957 as a sport model. Has 97% original factory blue finish with brown composite grips. This is referred to as the lightweight model as it utilized an alloy slide. Gun C: This gun is referred to as the G-380 Center fire. Only 7400 were manufactured in its own serial range and the only in-house production of a center fire pistol. These were manufactured from 1947-1950. Has blued finish, composite grips. Retains 99% original finish, near new inside and out.
