Gun A & B: Officers Model Specials were both manufactured in 1950 and feature: high ramp target front sight, adjustable target rear sight, flat-top frame, serrated back straps and triggers, wide target hammers, colt brown composite grips, six shot, double action, blued finish, both have fine bores and actions. Gun A has 97% original blue with light drag line. Gun B has 85-90% original blue with high edge wear and wear at the muzzle. These are both considered fourth issue, approx. 6,210 were manufactured between 1949 and 1952. Gun C: Was manufactured in 1932. It is considered a third issue and features: high patridge front sight, flat-top frame, adjustable target rear sight, pre-war checkered trigger and back strap, silver medallion checkered walnut grips, six shot, double action, blued finish, fine bore and action. This gun has overall high edge wear, wear at muzzle, wear at all high area of cylinder, retains 85% of factory blue finish, grips are very good to excellent. A great lot of top of the line Colt Officer Target model revolvers.
