All eight of these revolver have their original factory nickel finish. Gun (A) is a Fourth Model five shot, double action with pearl grips. Manufactured 1883 to 1909. Retains approximately 50% factory nickel. Indexes and locks up fine. Strong, clean bore. Gun (B) is a Fourth Model five shot, double action Hammerless Safety Model . manufactured 1898 to 1907. Shows no cylinder burn. Bleu and colors are bright. Grips are near mint. Cylinder shows 75% nickel with some aging. Frame has some light freckling on right side. Simply some storage aging. Indexes fine with a near mint bore. Gun (C) is a Fourth Model five shot, double action hammerless made 1898 to 1907. Features near mint black composite grips. 95% blue on trigger guard. 85% original nickel with overall age freckling. Indexes correctly with a fine bore. Gun (D) is a Third Model five shot, double action made 1882-83 only. Near mint black composite logo grips. 98% blue on trigger guard. Fine colors on hammer and trigger. Retains approximately 85% original factory nickel with balance aged. Fine action and bore. Gun (E) is a Third Model five shot, double action hammerless with excellent black composite grips. Traces of blue on trigger guard. 75% original nickel with age freckling. Fine bore and lock-up. Gun (F) is a Second Model five shot, double action manufactured 1880-84. Cylinder shows no signs of having been fired. Retains 75% original nickel with flaking and some dark age spots. Fine bore and locks up like new. Gun (G) is a Third Model manufactured 1882-83 with excellent black composite grips. Retains 70% original nickel. Excellent grips. Fine bore and action. Gun (H) is the only single action in the lot. Features top break, spur trigger, bird's head grips. Logo black composite grips are near mint. 70% original nickel with age freckling. Nice case colors on hammer. Fine bore and action. This is an excellent investment or dealer lot of early Smith & Wesson pocket revolvers.
