Matching serial number on barrel, cylinder and extractor. Features the diamond checkered walnut non-medallion grips. Right grip panel has matching number written in pencil. The Second Model Hand Ejector was introduced in 1915 and manufactured until 1940. Built on the square butt N frame with five screw, pinned barrel, six shot, double action, factory nickel finish, case colored trigger and humpback hammer, and fitted with lanyard ring. This example retains approximately 95% or better original factory nickel, albeit some scattered light freckling and some high edge wear. Razor sharp legends. Left grip is nice, right grip is rough. This revolver would benefit from refinishing or replacing the grips. Timing is excellent. Strong, clean rifled bore. Overall far better than average. An extremely homogenous appearance on this successor to the Triple Lock.
