A mere 5,000 of these rifles were manufactured in Belgium in 1957 for the Colt company. Features full round barrel, ramp front sight, no provision for rear sight, Lyman receiver sight, Mauser action, blued finish, Monte Carlo pistol grip walnut stock, black forend tip, black composite pistol grip cap and Colt buttplate. Aside from some light age freckling on frame, gun is in near new condition inside and out. Wood has a couple of minor impressions. Very scarce rifle as most were heavily used as a utilitarian high quality Belgian bolt action Mauser with no frills. From the G. Thomas Puett Collection.
