According to the factory letter Serial No. 277663 was shipped on May 23rd, 1906 to Krakauer, Zork & Moye in a shipment of ten guns to El Paso, Texas as a 4-3/4", blue and case colored, .44 caliber with stocks not listed. This revolver has seen little to no use. Cylinder does have some typical serration lines in the finish but still retains 90% original blue. Balance of blue, including straps, is 99%. The case colors are 98% intact, some brilliant. The ivory grips are excellent, well fitting with minor age lines. Locks up like a new gun. Near mint bore. Beautiful, early short barreled Bisley Frontier. From the G. Thomas Puett Collection.
