Among the most desirable of the .38 Officer's Model Targets are the high polish flat tops with long 7-1/2" barrels, beautiful diamond checkered deluxe walnut grips and fire blue small parts. This example retains 95% or better of the original Colt high polish royal blue finish with fire blue rear sight, screws, hammer and trigger. Features include adjustable sights, checkered trigger, checkered backstrap and early stylized "C" on left side of frame. There is some light patina coming though on right side with some clean spots and scattered freckling throughout. Near mint bore and action. From the G. Thomas Puett Collection.
