Manufactured 1865-73. Has the 1858 barrel date only. Rechambered for the .32 Rimfire. Features blued finish, rosewood grips, spur trigger, scarce 4-1/2" octagon barrel. Barrel retains approximately 85% of its original bright blue. Cylinder retains approximately 30% blue, balance flaked. The receiver has flashes of blue but also appears to have simply flaked with brown patina showing through. Straps are grey patina. Grips are near mint with most of the original varnish. Screws still show traces of Nitre blue. Indexes and locks up like new. Strong rifling. From the G. Thomas Puett Collection.
