Some of the best revolvers ever manufactured were the hand-fitted Colt target revolvers produced prior to World War II. Features six shot, double action, blued finish, flat top, target adjustable rear sight, adjustable front sight and silver medallion checkered walnut grips. Barrel shows some thinning on the muzzle going up sides of barrel slightly. Cylinder has a drag line. Balance of Colt blue is intact, at about 90%. Grips are near mint. Letters "McP" are engraved on flat top frame. Insides are like new. Fairly scarce caliber in First Issue. From the G. Thomas Puett Collection.
