Gun retains 90% original finish overall with some areas of light finish wear and extremely minor pitting. All markings are sharp and clear. Vivid case colors on trigger. Fine original grips. Fine bore. Fine mechanical function. Engraved on the left side of the slide: LEE B. KESLAR/ SHERIFF/ CAMPBELL COUNTY/ KENTUCKY/ 1942-1946. All in all a great condition gun with an interesting inscription.
