Centennial bell toy 1776-1876. Original bell is missing the flag. Heart-shaped wheels, no cracks or breaks, but one mold flaw near one of the stars on the frame. Slight damage to one of the underneath hooks, which holds the axle and wheel.

Condition: (Very Good).
