Both revolvers feature blued finish, double action, case colored hammer and trigger, and gold medallion checkered walnut grips. Both come in original Smith & Wesson boxes and appear to be in as new, unfired condition inside and out. Gun (A) is a Model 33-1 with fixed sights, five shot and pinned barrel. Referred to as the .38 Regulation Police with round butt J frame. Manufactured 1969-74. No visible drag line. Comes in proper style box numbered to another gun. Gun (B) is a Model 37 five shot Airweight with blue-black alloy frame. Right side of frame is stamped "POLICIA DE INVESTIGACIONES DEL PERU". Referred to as the .38 Chief's Special Airweight with J alloy frame. The Peruvian Police Model is mentioned on page 210 in the "Standard Catalog of Smith & Wesson". Manufactured from 1957 to 1987. Original box numbered to gun. Features lists "Special" for Peru logo. Barely visible drag line.
