Newly made in Cody, Wyoming, this beautiful rifle remains in near new condition inside and out. Features half octagon to round blued barrel, globe front sight, tang long range rear sight, drilled and tapped for a long range tube scope, beautiful shellac case colored receiver, hammer, block and lever; deluxe checkered walnut forend with black tip, deluxe checkered pistol grip walnut stock, checkered steel shotgun buttplate and double set triggers. The sides of the frame are engraved "BALLARD A1". One of the most expensive guns they offered. From the G. Thomas Puett Collection.
