Semi-automatic Walther "ac44" G43 rifle with original ZF4 scope, original scope covers, and a reproduction scope mount. Rifle was made in 1944, and is in very good condition with 70-75% of its original finish remaining. Rifle was manufactured by Walther and the stock has the correct "WaA359" on the left side. Stock has been sanded and varnished. Stock has a 4" piece missing on the left front fore end, and the laminated stock has two holes drilled in it, for what appears to have been postwar sling swivels. Receiver and bolt cover have matching numbers, but bolt components do not appear to be numbered. Scope is an original "ddx" "Gw ZF4" piece and optics are slightly cloudy. Scope mount is a postwar reproduction, and the front sight is as well. 10-round magazine is marked "acw" and "K43" and has its original blued finish. Rifle includes an original sets of scope covers, with the caps being made from late war artificial leather.
