The most expensive in the Colt line at the time of production, these large frame target revolvers were the Cadillac of the Colt company. Features adjustable high target front sight, adjustable target rear sight, flat top frame, tapered barrel, six shot, double action, checkered trigger, checkered backstrap with the incredibly handsome deep relief silver medallion diamond checkered walnut Fleur-de-Lis grips. The right side of the barrel has a couple of spots 1-1/2" from muzzle with some light muzzle wear as well. Cylinder blue is starting to thin with high edge wear and drag line. There is some thinning on rear grip hump. Indexes and locks up like new with mirror bore. From the G. Thomas Puett Collection.
