China, early 19th century. Each made in ovoid form painted with various objects throughout the center surrounded by a band of yellow enamel with precious objects accenting the rim. Includes two later wood stands for display. There are areas of wear to the applied artwork. PROVENANCE: Contents of a lifetime collection "Brook Crossing", South Pomfret, VT.
