This scarce World War I pistol was inscribed on right side of slide "MAJOR ELMER P. KUHN 18th PA. INF. NG" along with Springfield eagle. Left side of frame has the Ordnance bomb. All proper small checkered parts including wide spur trigger and smooth mainspring housing with lanyard. Features Springfield diamond checkered walnut grips and Springfield lanyard magazine with welded base, and a Springfield "SP" stamped barrel. Gun retains approximately 95% of the reapplied blued finish. Barrel has strong rifling with some powder residue.
