(A) Springfield Model 1899 Krag Carbine. Cal 30-40 Krag. Marked 1899 on receiver and stock cartouched 1901. Manufactured with out sling bar. Proper "C" marked carbine rear sight. Carbine is original and authentic and is void of finish. Honest military use. Bore is fair with strong rifling with darkness in grooves. These are the weapons of the Spanish American war and saw service in areas like Cuba with the Rough Riders. Operates properly (B) Winchester P-14 rifle/ Enfield manufactured for the British during WW1 Cal, 303 with 26 inch barrel and blue finish . Matching numbers with good bore with darkness in grooves. Good British arkings on but as well as inspected on barrel, receiver and bolt. Blue finish appears to be an arsenal refinish. Good overall with properly operating action. Import marked.
