The Model 29-2 was the last of the pinned and recessed old school models. Factory letter states that this gun was shipped on May 5th, 1981 in this configuration, listed as class A engraving with rosewood grips and sent to Harry Sugerman Inc in Eynon, Pennsylvania. The gun remains in as new, unfired condition inside and out with a hint of drag line. The scroll and punch dot engraving covers the majority of the revolver. This revolver comes in an original period mahogany case with tools and instructions. The plastic liner has usual wear and cracks. A beautiful factory engraved Smith & Wesson and the last of an old breed.
